Well, I must love spinach to write a blog about it. I do, and here's why. It's packed with vitamins. Vitamins K, A, C, B2, and E, for starters. Also, it has potassium, magnesium, folate, iron, calcium, iodine, phosphorus, zinc, copper, fiber, omega-3 fats, and protein.
With a history stemming back to ancient Persia, spinach has been used throughout history for drinks, bread, and even paint pigment! We would use spinach to lose weight these days. There are only 23 calories in 100 grams of spinach!
To boost your energy, add spinach to your diet. Boil the spinach for about 1 minute to purge it of some of the oxalic acid content, and put it on your plate next to the rest of your food. You will find that you not only feel more energetic but that you also have no trouble digesting your food!
